Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please let us know. Our returns policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item that was purchased online with the presentation of a valid receipt. If 30 days has gone by or you are unable to provide a valid receipt we are unable to process a refund or an exchange. To be eligable for a refund the item must be returned in a re-saleable condition which requires the product to be returned in the same condition it has arrived. The item must be returned in its original packaging along with any free gifts or bonus products.
To complete your refund or exchange you must present a valid copy of your receipt.
Once we have received a copy of a valid receipt, and the item in the above condition we will notify you via email that we have received the product and a determination of whether the refund obligations have been met.
Once we have confirmed that the refund conditions have been met, we will issue a refund within 14 days of the confirmation email that we have sent you.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of the confimation email then please contact your bank and credit card company. If you still have any concerns please reach out to Oceanna Australia as we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
How do I initiate return/exchange?
Please contact Oceanna via email with the concerns with the product and your expectations on whether you would like a refund or exchange within 30 days of initial purchase. Please ensure that you provide a copy of a valid receipt
When can I expect my refund/exchange?
Refund will be deposited with 14 days from the confirmation email sent to the customer from Oceanna confirming that they have met the refunds and exchanges criteria.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Providing the item has not been dispatched you can modify. In the event that the item has already left Oceanna the product can be returned as per the refunds and exchanges policy - noting that we required a copy of a valid receipt and all products in their original packaging. We can not refund the postage or shipping cost

Once we have confirmation that funds have been transfered we will dispatch the item within 1-2 days.
